We offer free restring services to all bracelets purchased online from us, limited to a maximum of 2 times per bracelet.
This restring service will not include any replacement of beads and accessories. The process will take 2-3 working days and the member will be notified once ready for collection.
All restringing services are on appointment basis, and appointments can be arranged via member WIX app chat msg only.
Postage not included. Member will need to deliver the bracelet and arrange collection from the designated location only. (Bukit Panjang MRT Station)
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as existing damages caused by wear and tear, please do note that some beads may be damaged during the restring.
Restring bracelets will be cleansed and charged energetic level through incense, singing bowl sound clearing before handing over.
